Bergamot essential oil is primarily known and utilised for its abilities as a natural mood enhancer, bacteria killer, scar minimiser. Bergamot oil can cure headaches, release muscle tension, and even aid digestion.

Contraindications: Bergamot oil must be protected from sunlight, because bergaptene, one of its components, becomes poisonous if exposed to sunlight.
